Post Production

Chilli Pepper Films specialises in the Dry & Wet Hire of portable, broadcast spec, non-linear, On line edit suites. All systems are fully engineered with Tektronix waveform monitor and vectorscope (1730/1), black and burst generator and peak performance metres - PPMs. Alongside the editing package, all the suites come with After Effects, Photoshop and 24 hour technical support.

The edit systems are, Final Cut Pro on G5, Liquid Silver and Media 100.

After choosing the system that suites your needs, a VTR is allocated for digitising and mastering. The VTR hire is separate from the suite so as to allow for potential savings.

Production

A range of production equipment is also available for hire, including full Beta SX shooting kits (with Vinten tripod, Senheisser 416 microphone, Sony radio mic and Dedo lighting kit), Sony PD 150 cameras and specialist minicams.

What is Dry and Wet Hire?

Dry Hire is when we install one of our edit suites on your premises and you supply the editor to cut the film.

Wet Hire entails us installing the system and providing a freelance editor (CVs available) to cut your film.

What are the advantages?
